I have been able to expand my knowledge and expertise within the Mental Health and Addiction field ,supporting individuals, couples and groups-whom struggle with co- current disorders. I also specialize in the following areas, self esteem, inter generational trauma, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, relationship conflicts, break ups, communication and boundaries.
